Innkeeper Sandra is always on the lookout for new foods she thinks guests will enjoy. At a recent Wisconsin B&B convention she found three. One is Strawberry Rhubarb Jam made by janye Bertram of Jams, Jellies & More of Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
The other two new items are cheeses made by Carr Valley Cheese, LaValle, Wisconsin. After tasting many samples, Sandra chose Carr Valley’s Cave Aged Marisa Cheese, made from sheep milk, and Glacier Blue Cheese, made from cow’s milk.
