Ron & Sandy from East Bethel took advantage of a glorious Saturday afternoon in August and went fishing on the St. Croix River. For their stay at Woodland Trails, they had brought along their flat-bottom John Boat, which is ideal for negotiating the shallow spots in the river. One of the fish they caught and released was this dandy smallmouth bass.
